The Chiefs and Seahawks and Kenneth Walker’s return to Seattle headline another week full of betting opportunities in the NFL

The NFL Week 7 odds are up and the spreads are bigger than last weekend.
It’s the Kenneth Walker game in Seattle, plus a big AFC North contest that could shape the NFL’s closest division.
For the games where the spreads are tighter, your NFL betting picks could easily run 3-4 games where the underdog wins outright. Make them combined as part of your NFL parlays and the payouts get interesting this week.
Best Bets
Kansas City at Seattle

The revenge of Kenneth Walker III. Could be a messy one for the Seahawks in the latest
KC-Seattle showdown.
The Chiefs’ RB has been lights-out this season and is the NFL’s leading rusher.
He arrives at Lumen at a tricky time for the Seahawks too. Sam Darnold looks like to be reverting to his Jets days (ok, not that bad, we know) with a ton of picks at bad moments. His 7 INTs in 5 games has some fans calling for Drew Lock, and each game where SEA lost the turnover battle was also a loss in the W-L column.
The home field advantage for Seattle’s noisy “12th man” is always a talking point and some spread bettors might use it to play Seattle at +2.5. But it’s a bit overrated. In the 2024-25 seasons they were just 9-8 at home, and this year they’re 2-1 so far. Not the reason to go ‘Hawks necessarily.
With Walker’s excellent season so far, Patrick Mahomes has gone under the radar. But he’s playing at his old Super Bowl level lately.
If you think the moneyline is too tight to call, a solid prop play could be his rushing yardage Over, while everyone is looking at a tough Seattle pass defense. The Seahawks are 3rd in the NFL in pressure rate and 2nd in limiting explosive plays. That could mean more scrambling for Mahomes, and it doesn’t take much to go Over 14.5 yards. Plus all eyes will be focused on bottling up Walker. Safe-looking payout at -117 currently.
Bengals at Ravens

The AFC North is still anybody’s ballgame, and this Cincinnati-Baltimore game could go a long way when it comes down to a late-season tiebreaker.
All eyes will be on the return of Lamar. The will he play/won’t he play question is still up in the air, but ignore all the noise. Whether he’s back – at likely less than 100% anyway – or not shouldn’t impact the Bengals chances here. So while the swing towards the Ravens or away from them depends on Jackson, the play here is to go Cincy at +2.5.
Cincinnati has its shaky recent history against Baltimore, losing five of six and giving up close to 30 ppg. This year’s Bengals’ defense is not the same as the past couple of seasons though.
And saying “if Lamar isn’t healthy they’ll just run Derrick Henry all day” isn’t the argument people think it is. Henry hasn’t come close to his 144-yard performance in Week 1, and last weekend the Browns held him to just 58 yards. The Bengals might give up some yardage but their bend-not-break defense is only giving up 21 points per game this year.
That’s a number that Joe Burrow could pass in the first half. The Bengals’ QB is coming off a bye, with an extra week for him and the OC to scheme against the Ravens’ meager 23rd-best pass D this year.
We like the Burrow’s yardage Over – he has Ja’Marr Chase and Tee Higgins healthy and the team is averaging 260 ypg this year. Points-wise they’re 8th in the NFL with an average of 25.6 ppg. All signs point to a Bengals cover and possibly an upset win, Lamar or no Lamar.
San Francisco at Atlanta
For a quick hit, the Niners to cover at -3.5 and win on the moneyline over Atlanta feel within reach.
Atlanta is getting a ton of respect – maybe too much? – from the oddsmakers after their shocking win over the Rams, but LA is proving themselves to be an old team with some shaky coaching and special teams.
San Francisco does have the shorter week and needs to travel to ATL, but Brock Purdy’s MVP-level season should continue. He has too many weapons to choose from. Caleb Williams just exposed the Falcons defence with an almost perfect game, picking them apart all day, and Purdy is every bit as good as Williams. If Mike Evans is out, it might not matter. Look for George Kittle to pick up the slack and consider his Over 5.5 receptions if Evans is sidelined.
Upset Pick
Green Bay at Detroit
Green Bay is 4-2, Detroit is 3-2. The Lions are laying 3.5 points mainly because of… just home field?
This Packers-Lions game looks ripe for an upset.
Green Bay’s passing game is solidifying right before our eyes as Matthew Golden keeps racking up big plays and Christian Watson is a legitimate WR1 in the NFL. They’re playing against a Detroit defence that has allowed the most passing yards in the league.
Plus, that home field edge also means Jordan Love gets to play indoors, without any wind or rain to slow him down. Sure, it’ll be loud for him, but he has so many options for quick outs that could eventually open things up for big plays.
Golden has gone for 100+ receiving yards in three of his past four games and we like his Over for this one at 73.5.
Running-wise, we’re not putting too much stock on Josh Jacobs’ expected return in this game, as he’ll have some rust and a lot of off-field pressure on his shoulders. But he does give Love another A-list option to force the Lions’ defence to consider. Jacobs’ O/U for rushing yardage is a modest 41.5 but we’d still go Under.
